La Jolie Amélie

Hello pretties.  This is Ally, I am so proud to become a guest writer for this blog.  I am a big fan of Nini's hand-made jewels because they are always so simple but elegant. Don't you think it's hard to achieve both qualities as people always link elegance with sophistication instead of simplicity? You don't need to look around anymore because you can find the simple beauty, the style you desire right here at Beloved Jewels!  

La Jolie Amélie is one of the beauties created by Nini.  She is a french young lady who is named after the famous Amélie Poulain played by Audrey Tautou in Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain.  Amélie loves strolling along the river bank of the Seine on Sunday afternoons. Imagine a young mademoiselle wearing a ribbon on her ponytail stands on the right bank of the Seine smiling at the Eiffel Tower under the sun.  The sun shines on the Seine making it beam like a shiny string of white pearls.  That's our jolie Amélie.  

This pair of earrings is made of crystals and six freshwater pearls.  It is a limited edition so don't miss out the opportunity to bring Amélie home.  She will bring an interesting story to your jewel box!

Meet Ms Fortune...

Meet "Ms Fortune" - this beautiful chinese character "Fu" means blessing, good fortune and good luck! Its is a commonly used character in Chinese celebrations especially during Chinese New Year and new births,birthdays and weddings.


It is believed the wearer of these earrings will be shone with good luck and good fortune for everything they do. So when one receive this as a gift, it is usually like receiving a blessing from a loved one or a dear friend.

Hello All!
its been a long time since i updated my latest designs! But i am back now and will start sharing my latest creations and designs again! I havent been totally lazy as i have made many new items but just didnt get a chance to upload them here and take pictures!! But i promise something will be here very soon!

~ Unique Baroque White Pearl Necklace ~

Dear all, sorrie it has been some time since i last posted!! Been a lot on my plate - sort of to say! I promise i try and update a little more often!

This Unique Baroque White Freshwater cultured pearl necklace is a rare one! The pearls is nothing like the usual round shape pearls that you often see, in fact its shaped so special that one would say it even looks like odd peanut shapes!! The colour and skin colour of these pearls are white with a tint of pink light to it, and has a magnificant even shine to the whole bracelet and on each of the pearls!

This necklace is not everyones cup of tea but some will find its shape and uniqueiness a definety must have.  This necklace has already got found an owner and a home and its already sold!

Meet My Ella!
She is elegant and simple with two drops of pearls hanging down on a sterling silver chain. As one moves the two drops of pearls will flirt with you. This is one of my favourite designs due to its simplicity but yet its also beautiful and suitable for all occasions!

When i first saw these spiral shaped designs i found them very interesting and unique and i had to buy them to make something out of them! Making earrings has been one of my favourite items of jewellery - so of coz i made a pair of earrings out of these spiral designs!

Lately i have been adventurous and wandered in to the " gold zones". This is my first pair of Gold components and gold hooks earrings! Hope you like it!

This "Cleo" consists of a large baroque shaped light brown Czeh Crystal that dangles from chains of gold  and a clear sparkling crystal and are hang on on gold hooks earrings.

Evelyn wanted a pair of earrings tailor made for her, the exact backs, exact lengths and exact style! So she got it!! These pair of earrings are made up of 16 ( 8 on each earrings) 3mm White freshwater pearls dangling on sterling silver chain and hang on stud backs. She perferred stud backs rather than hooks coz she feels hooks makes her earrings drag down and doesnt look as pretty then on her ear! So my usual hook style is changed to 925 Sterling silver studs. i think these earrings are Subtle and elegant at the same time!
